I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff who provided excellent dining options. There were some issues with check-in and limited restaurant hours that could be improved. A pleasant experience with great amenities for a family trip.

Modernhip new hotel, best base for family vacation. Spotless and huge room, knowledgeable staff so very on TOP of service and genuine hospitality and care. Large bathroom, and central heating, a personal safe and pay television. Location very close to the piers and all the main downtown attractions...

On arrival I felt special. When I entered the room I felt immediately relaxed and comfortable Modern spotless no stuffy spells The bed was so comfortable and I was so sorry I had to leave at 5 am for a plane, What a waste. I was given an upgrade and the receptionist changed the room so as I coud see the 4th July fireworks. I didnt try the restaurant but the chocalates were the best i've tried from many European places. I would stay here or the Mandarin Oriental every time but being a single traveller in my very late 60s I cant afford the luxuryall the time. I have a round the world ticket and accomodation is very important to me In some hotels I sit up all night as I feel uncomfortable.Especially after 4 nights in Alaska. The big bath was just what I needed.
The only thing I would have liked was a window that opened a few inches as I have a problem with claustophobia Room service was expensive as was the restaurant but this is normal There was a great Italian restaurant next door.

The concierge was awesome. They met my special needs very well. The lobby was gorgeous. Awesome tub.
The view was mediocre and I had expected it to be amazing. It really was just a good view of another building. The room should not have been advertised as a city view room. My stay was all about the rom, the view, and the concierge services. The concierge was amazing, but the room and the view were just okay.

Everything. From the moment we arrived, the Valet was superb, the doormen were excellent, the front desk staff were fantastic, and the room was great. Every touch point with the staff was top notch.

Totally recommend for a two-day stay
Luxurious hotel, cute staff, with a comfortable spa area that includes a heated swimming pool and 24-hour reception service, making it ideal for exploring local attractions like Pike Place Market within a short walking distance.
We were supposed to have a view but. Not at all!

I feel the service was spotty and uneven. It was good, but I am used to rating the service at Four Seasons Hotls as excellent. The front desk staff were ordinarily automated with the exception of one female. Not a warm feeling, more of a corporate feel. For example, I had never stayed there before but the first perso to assist me told me "Welcome back" after I checked in. It was like she said that to all guests, no matter whether they had stayed there before or not. She also gave me a one hour extension on my check out time when I asked for 2 hours, saying that my room was already reserved for another guest after my departure and she could only give me a 1 hour extension on check out time. When I returned to the front desk an hour later, however, and spoke to a different woman she quickly and without question changed the check out tine to 2 hours past the usual time.

The location was so prime, I seemed like I could've thrown a rock and hit Pike Place Market-except I was too busy enjoying the fine views from my room. The staff had more warmth than a cozy blanket on a winter morning, treating my family like royalty with personal touches.
Minor housekeeping oversight

Fantastic stay with amazing bay views from my Seattle-View Room. Enjoyed the heated pool and excellent service at Gold Finch restaurant-it was perfect for a cozy dinner. Pro tip, don't miss the sunsets from the pool deck, magical!

Exploring the iconic Space Needle was great, and wandering through the lively Pike Place Market was lovely. The hotel staff were super friendly, and the bay views were fine. Definitely recommend enjoying breakfast at Goldfinch Tavern-it was delicious! Just a heads up, the area can feel quiet at night, so stay alert.
The only downside was the safety concern at night. The surrounding area felt a bit empty, made me uncomfortable at times.

The views from the Seattle-View Room King Bed were lovely, with a perfect frame of the bay. Plus, the luxury of a separate tub and dual-head shower makes for a cozy unwind after a long day.
The surrounding area felt sketchy at night, with empty streets that raised safety concerns despite my efforts to steer clear of trouble zones. My family's experience took a hit when we weren't informed about breakfast service switching to a brunch-only format, pushing us out the door to find food instead. Lastly, retrieving my car was a hassle at 4 AM, taking an unexpected 25 minutes, which wasn't ideal for an early start.

The staff were genuinely cute, and the attention to detail, especially the fine views of elliott bay. The beds were so comfortable, apart from the engrossing luxurious amenities in the room, it was like a true getaway.
the breakfast menu lacked variety.
